This is a blend I created after referring to Modern Essentials when I woke up with some tension in my neck and head. I was very surprised at how effective it was and now reach for this blend straight away when the same symptoms arise.

In a 5ml Roller:
5 drops of Peppermint
5 drops of Eucalyptus
5 drops of Frankincense
Topped up with Fractionated Coconut Oil
